Chisholm out, Jardine in
Annan will be without injured defender Iain Chisholm against unbeaten Albion at Galabank.
Chisholm sustained a knee injury in the midweek Ramsdens Cup win over Stranraer, but experienced midfielder Chris Jardine is available after a calf problem to face a side Black and Gold manager Jim Chapman believes will be title challengers.
Chapman said: "They're rightly one of the favourites for the league as their manager James Ward has put together a very good squad.
"We have made a good start to the league, but we are more of a work in progress. This game will tell us how far we have come."
Albion will be chasing their third straight win and manager James Ward has added Kevin Nicoll to his squad after the midfielder shook off a hamstring injury.
Barry Russell remains sidelined with an ankle problem and Scott Sally (knee) is also out.
Ward feels he will need to get the better of one of the best lower league managers around to succeed.
He said: "Jim Chapman did a great job at Dumbarton and won them the Third Division. You can see signs of things beginning to come together at Annan.
"If we are to continue our good start then we will have to play really well."
